Would you die knowing a secret and not telling it to anyone before you.. die?

  2. The question is: would you have the chance to know you're dying and be privileged enough to do the things you would have always want to do before dying?

    This is the question.

Most times we die suddenly; when we don't expect it. Like in the car driving to uni, or in our sleep when our heart stops, or maybe from an electricity shock while having a shower, or from a tiny head injury that proves to be fatal. In this way, those who are terminally ill are lucky; in a twisted way, they are because they have the chance to do things their way, like say their goodbyes or reveal secrets, before they die.

If I were terminally ill and I was carrying with me a life-altering secret about someone else, I may...

  3. I don't think I can. unless that secret would hurt this person .

Posh.. well it doesnt really matter whether you know when you're gonna die or not in the case of keeping a secret, it's sort of an absolute thing.

As for what you said.. I donno how I feel about knowing when I am going to die. If anything, I would take the positive thing out of this and apply it.. thus the Carpe Diem thing :)

  4. I don't know, I guess it depends on the nature of the secret. But I'm curious, what do you want to learn from asking such a question?
